Colleen’s journey to finding vibrant health has inspired her to help other women who are struggling to balance life’s demands. Colleen is passionate about teaching women how to cultivate self-compassion, tap into their body’s wisdom, and leverage science-based tools to regain their vitality.
Utilizing a strengths-based approach, Colleen helps her clients achieve sustainable change and reach their goals. She lives in the Chicago area with her family and Morkie pup, Violet.
